Four steps from application to certificate.
We assess what you have done, not what you can memorise. Here is exactly what happens after you apply.
Step 01
Apply
Fill in the application form on this page. Tell us your role, the metrics you own and two pieces of work you led. Include the numbers before and after.
Step 02
Assessment
A reviewer reads your application and scores it against the six Growth Engineer standards. If something is unclear, they will ask follow-up questions by email or on a short call.
Step 03
Pay the certification fee
If you are accepted, we email you an invoice. You pay nothing before this point. If you are not accepted, you get written feedback on what was missing.
Step 04
Get certified
Your certificate is issued with a unique credential ID. Your record goes into the public register, and you can add it to LinkedIn straight from your listing.

Your LinkedIn profile URL.
The name of someone who can confirm your work, if asked.
You can share figures as percentages or ranges if exact numbers are confidential.
